Activities like school supply drives, financial literacy workshops, and volunteer-led clean-up events provide tangible resources while fostering unity and responsibility. Senior care visits and wellness initiatives highlight the foundation’s dedication to compassion and dignity for all generations. SUPPORTING THE VETERANS 

The Everett Family Foundation proudly partnered with Girls on the Run during the UAB Veterans Day 5K Run, supporting a program that empowers girls in grades 3–8 through confidence-building physical activity. Foundation volunteers assisted with race setup, encouraged participants along the route, and celebrated the girls’ achievements at the finish line. This initiative reflects the Everett Family Foundation’s vision of fostering leadership, self-respect, and healthy decision-making in youth. By uplifting young girls and honoring veterans, the foundation helped strengthen community bonds and inspire future leaders. The collaboration showcased a shared commitment to empowerment, service, and creating positive, lasting impact.

SUPPORTING WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

The Everett Family Foundation partnered with Goodwill Alabama Workforce Development to support a community clothing drive focused on empowering individuals seeking employment. Volunteers from the foundation helped sort, organize, and distribute donated clothing, ensuring participants had access to professional attire for interviews and new job opportunities. The team also assisted with workforce readiness activities, offering encouragement and guidance to job seekers. This initiative reflects the foundation’s mission to strengthen families and promote economic advancement. Through hands-on service and collaboration with Goodwill staff and community volunteers, the Everett Family Foundation helped create meaningful impact, providing dignity, confidence, and opportunity to those striving for a fresh start.

SUPPORTING THE SALVATION ARMY ANGLE TREE PROGRAM

The Everett Family Foundation proudly partnered with the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program to bring joy and support to families during the holiday season. The foundation selected 15 children to sponsor, ensuring each received meaningful gifts to make Christmas memorable. Volunteers also contributed hands-on service by sorting, organizing, and distributing toys in the Angel Tree warehouse, helping streamline preparations for hundreds of local families. Everett Family Foundation played a key role in coordinating volunteers and providing resources that amplified the program’s reach. This collaborative effort strengthened community bonds, uplifted families in need, and reflected the foundation’s commitment to compassion, generosity, and shared service.
